We have decided to make the proposal (parts B1, a shorter five-page version, and B2, the longer version of the proposal) publicly available for other researchers and interested folks. The only reason speaking against it would be that our thinking around these topics has, of course, evolved and changed since we submitted the proposal to the EU in October 2022.
